We at STHLM DOGSPA love that you shop with us. We want to give you the opportunity for a fantastic spa experience with your fluffy family members at home. We try to protect the environment in the absolute best way we can.

We send a carton based on the size of our products and do not send unnecessary air or space in the cartons, so that the carrier does not have to drive unnecessarily many times or that we use unnecessary amount of material. We ship everything with a minimal amount of plastic and use carton as stability in the box. 

After using our products, we advice you to recycle both carton and plastic at your nearest recycling center.

We hope that you are satisfied with our products and that we will not have to deal with many returns which in turn increase the transport distances, therefor we value each customer's experience.
