RETRUN
At STHLM DOG SPA, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself it is important that the product is not used before a return takes place, the packaging must be unbroken.

When your return is received, it needs to be approved by STHLM DOG SPA, in the event of an invalid return we will contact you via email. When returning, you bear the risk for the product and it is therefore very important that the product is returned in an undamaged original packaging. All our products come with a security on the pump that needs to be kept intact for an approved return. Please use the original box that your order came in as the outer packaging when returning, for the sake of the environment.
